Appointment bookings and payments
We use the Amelia WordPress plugin to handle online appointment scheduling. When you book a private consult, the system uses technical session tokens to process your application across the booking steps. Payments are handled securely via our third-party provider, Mollie. Personal data collected during booking (Name, Email, Payment Details) is strictly used to organize and process your consultation and is shared with Mollie only to complete the transaction.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your personal data with any third parties, except for our third-party providers Amelia and Mollie. Your personal data are strictly used for processing payments, and for administrative and/or accounting purposes.
How long we retain your data
If you book a reading, we will retain your personal data for administrative and/or accounting purposes. Dutch tax laws determine how long we must retain accounting details.
